FREIGHT & RETURN POLICY:
Inside delivery is not available with any freight
company. In the event of freight delivery it is
the responsibility of the customer to get the
freight off the truck regardless of the weight.
You may add a lift gate delivery at your expense
or have friends over to help.
Please note issues resulting from freight are less
than 3% annually. It is the responsibility of the
customer to note any damage on the bill of lading
and refuse it. Any top damaged and refused in
shipping will be replaced but lead times are
similar to original lead time. Freight companies
refuse to cover damaged freight on concealed
damage so it is imperative to inspect before
signing for it and refuse it if damaged. When bill
of lading is signed it notes that freight is
received in good condition, therefore not broken
and not eligible for replacement or refund. If you
(the customer) should decide to fix the top
(pictures are required) a reasonable amount agreed
upon by both parties not to exceed 25% of the
value of the top may be refunded to you. Customer
is responsible for all repairs at that point.
Warranty, repair, or replacement is not to exceed
value of original invoice in any situation.
Freight handlers do not represent Old World nor do
we represent them. Old World is not liable for any
damages caused by freight companies beyond
replacement of product. In the event of any
warranty issue Old World is only liable for the
cost of original invoice. If you are one of the 3%
please realize that accidents happen and we will
all do our best to remedy the situation if we all
do our part.
There are no returns on custom items unless
product does not meet WRITTEN specifications,
nothing is assumed or implied. In the case that
Old World made a mistake according to written
specs the top must be returned at Old Worlds
expense and fixed or replaced. Customer is
responsible for repackaging item for safe return.
Old World is not responsible for any expense
beyond original invoice in the case of product not
meeting written specifications. Color, warping and
windshake are not warranty issues. Coloration of
wood is natural while warping and windshake are
both normal conditions and fixable. Returns are
only accepted on stock sizes (not modified in
anyway). Product must be returned at the expense
of the customer and a 20% restock fee is applied.
If product is returned it must be returned in good
condition before any refund is applied.
All customers are subject to these policies.

in cardboard you will receive this.
